How do we ACCOMPLISH THIS?

  • We show you the direct rate we pay our partner freelancers, with the corresponding markup we employ to keep the internet on. We pay any partner freelancers in the U.S. based on a living wage and employ a similar strategy with developers abroad, meaning we work with talented individuals who are compensated fairly and who are more likely to stay with us over time.

  • We do not take referral bonuses from vendors. We recommend products and services based on the quality and solution fit for those products and services, removing any incentive that introduces bias.

  • We spend considerably less on both consulting and development rates by embracing AI-assisted development practices, event-driven design as a first principle, open source technologies over closed ecosystems, and iterative feedback loops with end users (or the closest proxies of end users).

  • We believe in the practice of software engineering and its value to organizations; we do not believe in outsourcing exclusively for cheap labor, as this has long been a practice that’s haunted many industries and leads to not only the exploitation of labor but poor outcomes in product quality.
